Most dogs benefit from professional grooming or bathing every 4–8 weeks, depending on their coat type, skin needs, lifestyle, and at-home care. Dogs with continuously growing, curly, long, or easily matted coats may need more frequent appointments. Your groomer can recommend a schedule based on your dog’s individual needs.

Yes. Our team provides patient, compassionate care and adjusts the grooming experience based on each dog’s age, mobility, comfort, and temperament. Please tell us about any anxiety, medical conditions, medications, mobility limitations, or previous grooming concerns when you schedule so we can plan appropriately. Your dog’s safety and well-being will always come first.

Please bring your dog on a secure leash or in a carrier. Let us know about any health concerns, skin sensitivities, allergies, behavioral needs, or changes since your dog’s last visit. We provide professional grooming products and treats, but you are welcome to discuss any special product or dietary needs with our team before the appointment.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment so we have an opportunity to offer the time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

We do not offer full-service cat grooming. Cat nail trim appointments are available on a limited basis and must be scheduled in advance. For full-service cat grooming, our team is happy to refer you to a local provider you can contact. Please call the spa for assistance.

We offer full-service grooming and bathing, Thera-Clean® microbubble bathing, nail care, spa and skin treatments, self-serve dog washing, allergy and intolerance testing support, and thoughtfully selected nutrition, wellness, and pet care products.

Pricing is based on your dog’s size, breed, coat type, coat condition, behavior, and the time and care required to complete the service safely. We will discuss any significant changes or additional charges whenever possible before proceeding.

Your dog’s comfort and safety are our first priorities. Depending on the severity of the matting, a shorter haircut may be the safest and most humane option. Additional charges may apply when extra time and specialized care are required, and our team will explain the recommended approach.
